Your Profit Club is closed.

I had so many big plans for it but through a combination of malicious actions by others on the Internet (hackers and the malware advertising bug) and my own health issues, I lost interest.

I will be back with another way to provide high value, low cost tips to people like you – small business owners – to help you survive and even thrive in these difficult times. It won’t be as technical as this membership site.

Here It Is… Introducing Profitable Growth Strategies

I’ve learnt from my experience with Your profit Club and I’d like to introduce to the best small business training I’ve ever seen.

It’s called Profitable Growth Strategies and I’ve got two versions for people in different parts of the world.

UK version – British accent in the training video and audio recordings, currency is pounds

International version – American accent, currency is dollars

There’s a 30 day trial for $1 or £1 with the intention of teaching you how to increase your profits by $10,000.

The purpose is to prove to you that these business growth ideas can transform your business so that you’re delighted to stay a member.

    It is all detailed above.

The most relevant thing for your website is my guide to getting on page one of Google and the other search engines.

You need to join as a free member to get it but it will go back into the vault for paid members only in a few weeks.

I would like to be a member effective immediately. I’m a business and school coach, wuold like exposure for clients within new york area of usa. my website is not ready yet. My tele:917-975-7357

  4. It has come to my attention that there is a malware advertising program claiming to present “ad served up by your profit club”.

This has nothing to do with me. Some malicious idiot is using the name of a legitimate site for their own purposes.

If you think about it, I wouldn’t want an irritating advertising pop up to damage the goodwill I’ve built up with members.

My site is not infected and I have installed Securi to monitor the site. You can see the logo at the bottom of the page before the comments. this lets you click on it and see the latest independent assessment.

If your computer is infected, take a look at
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic381984.html

    http://www.computersecurityarticles.info/video/combofix-malware-removal-made-easy/

I can’t confirm whether the remedies work and it’s beyond my technical knowledge

  5. More on this malware advertising program.

It first seemed to appear in July 2010

    http://windows7forums.com/windows-7-support/46087-contextual-tool-yourprofitclub.html

although it has only recently come to my attention as the problem has spread in February 2011.

I don’t know what has done this or who.

  6. I have found this on my computer and am not in the least bit interested. I did not knowingly install it and wish to remove it. I cannot without a password. Please advise. I repeat that I do not want it on my computer

    • As I say above, this irritating malware is NOTHING to do with me. Some swine has taken the name of a legitimate website and is causing trouble for you and me. If it is somebody’s sick idea of a joke, we both know that it is not funny.

If you read the comments above, I give links to things that may help. No guarantees as
      a) I’ve never seen the offending program – and nor do I want to as it will just make me even madder.
      b) I’ve no idea where it is coming from
      c) I’ve not had to try any of the methods to get rid of it.
      d) I haven’t got a clue what the password is to remove it or even whether it is really required

All I can do is to make sure that it’s not coming from my own website – which can happen when hackers get involved – and I do that by paying Securi to monitor my website and scan it a number of times each day and it alerts me if something has gone wrong.

Sorry I can’t be of more help.

  7. More on this advertising malware.

It seems to be coming from a P2P torrent so if you download stuff from them, you may get infected and it’s even been suggested that it’s coming from Russian mobsters.

It’s also to do with yourprofitclub.net it seems and not my yourprofitclub.co.uk

This link on the Mozilla Firefox support site is really useful

I realise that this is extremely annoying for you if your PC has become infected but it is my business that is under attack.

  8. Abusive emails do no good. I can’t do anything about this advertising malware.

    I WASN’T RESPONSIBLE.

If you read what I’ve written above, you’ll see what I’ve learnt about how to get rid of it and where it appears to have come from.

  9. More help for getting rid of this this nasty malware

    http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?s=9a2796e77e3f514f9c75951a54328f7a&showtopic=78513

I can’t stop it but at least I can provide links to what appear the most authoritative ways to get rid of it.

  10. Hi Paul, In case this helps I’ve managed to remove this malware by first of all installing Malwarebytes free software and performing a scan, then I went into Add/Remove programs and clicked the offending entry, when it asked for a code I simply copied the code in the prompt screen and voila, It seems to have done the trick.

  11. Heyyy I just wanted to write and say i love reading your website.
